Tom I'll give it a try.
First let me state our goal was to have a dual purpose trailer that could be emptied in short time and used as a cargo trailer. The beds, fridge, tables, and hot water heater are held in place with eye screws screwed into the walls and tie wraps. The fridge is ratchet strapped in place while traveling.

The beds are 32" wide and 74"long. We bought 2 used futons and removed the backs, Cut the mattress in half and my wife hemmed the edges.added some under mattress support.
A walmart end table w/lamp is between the beds.
The hot water heater is an electric 2 gallon sears unit. Located under the table/sink on the front wall.
The table/sink is a bass pro fish cleaning table and we added the dual faucet.
The floor is covered with used 3'x3' commercial carpet squares and is foam backed. Purchased from a local store going out of business.
The bathroom is 36" wide ( we added 4" on each side) and 40" deep at the center. The base came from a local junk yard trailer along with the door window and outside step.
The black water tank/pipe has about 8 gallons capacity and the grey water is 22 gallons when we use a blue tote.
We have tote storage under the beds, cargo net across the rear ceiling hanging chain baskets and a folding table over my wife's bed the is held in place with a chain.
There is a closet area to the right of the bathroom. (my wife wants me to put some sort of removable door there ).

The only items that are permanently installed is the bathroom and the hot water heater.

We plan to put a new curved door on the bathroom and add a shower, Raise the beds about a foot, and add removable wall mounted cabinets. I just ran out of time.

If you have any other questions please let us know. Thanks.

Thank for the detailed response! The fish cleaning table is a brilliant idea as are the beds. You've given me a lot of information to file away for future use. Thank you!

Tom I hope you do a cargo trailer build. I know it would be unique. I've seen a lot of great conversions on this forum but haven't seen the one that stops you in your tracks yet. You know what I mean, the one that just blows your mind.
