The number is weight (lbs) pulled from Amazon shipping weights all rounded to the next highest pound. If listed as 2.3 lbs then I chose 3 lbs.
Totals are without frame and with both steel and aluminum frames (5x8 & 4x8).
I wanted to get some feedback on this list as if this was a generic 4x8 foamie teardrop build.

? What's "Air 25" ....?
Do you mean Inverter or Converter? A converter converts shore power to 12 volt DC power to use in your battery-powered lights. An Inverter changes 12volt battery power to what can be used in things like a car stereo system, etc. (Your electronics isn't broken down, so, I'm uncertain...do you plan on a car stereo or other such things?) How you camp can make a difference on what type of electrical system you need. Do you plan on doing primitive camping yet want certain conveniences?
Also, I'm uncertain what kind of propane you will be carrying; but, if you are planning on one of those little 5 lb tanks, (I have one) the last time I checked, the propane to fill it weighs 5 lbs and the tank weighs 10 lbs, for a total of 15 lbs.
"Wood" weight can vary, depending on the kind of wood, thickness, etc. Even the color of the wood within species can change the weight, as darker and denser wood weighs more. Also, "Paint" can vary, depending on the type; and how many coats of paint you apply. If you look at the side of the paint can, it will often tell you not only how much the contents will cover but also how much the contents will weigh, once dry. Don't assume that it will only take one 5 gallon can's worth. You will probably want to apply more than one coat plus there may be touch-ups, etc, down the road.
Speaking of "wood", what will you be using as your deck? If plywood, what thickness of plywood do you plan on? Will you be using a wooden frame with plywood on top of it or will you be using something like a really thick plywood? Did you add in the weight for underside protection, such as Henry's or other black roofing goo/auto undercover spray, etc? Or, will the chassis have a metal platform/deck?
If you are building a foamie, won't you want to glue some sort of fabric to the outside? Is that what the 25 lbs of fiber glass is for?

What about the glue/filler for that? Is that included in the 25 lbs?
As far as what KC said about the weights including the box, it's true. The weights given are usually the shipping weight, which does include the box. However, for your first "guesstimate" of weights, I would leave that in. There are always things that change, things that you forgot to add, and things that you decide to add after you get started with your build and those extra box weights give you a small "cushion" to help you achieve your final goal.
While I may have misconstrued some things, that's what I could think of off the top of my head. ...Maybe more later. I hope my comments help.
