And now the front scissor jacks have become increasingly difficult to use. Don't know what happened but one side in particular really takes a lot of effort. Joked that it had developed arthritis over the Winter. Anyway, was taking camper to someone for a few items & decided to add those front jacks to the list. (Because it beats aggravating my own arthritis by crawling under the camper to work on the jacks.) When the guy looked at the front jacks he said, pointing to the rear jacks, "You know, it really should have those BAL stabilizers on the front as well. If the front ones end up needing replacement, I'd go with the same kind as your rear jacks." I told him, "Go for it!"

Nice job on the RV handle. I'd take the other off now or be sure to put a lock on it so you can't be locked inside by some wise guy.

All 4 of mine just showed up today. I am so glad I went with this style.

Thanks for the compliment Flboy.

I plan on keeping the bar lock on there for security when I am not using my trailer. I do have a clasp I will be adding to hold the bar lock open while I am inside.

McDave & Hank, it worked much better than expected. The MaxxAir roof vent/fan works amazingly well. Now I am super excited to finish it up. Well at least get the cabinets done anyway. My Coleman camping cots worked so well in the trailer I my not build in fold down beds.

The location was Lilac Oaks Campground. I wanted to stay semi local in case things went south for some reason.

It tows like a dream, with my truck. One of these days I will tow it with my 4Runner and see how it does.

Lessons learned... Hmmmm I have a long list of things needed to make life easier.

I think the biggest take away I have is with my windows fully open and my fan on max exhaust the air flow can't keep up (Windows to small). If I have it on setting 8 (out of 10) it works very well.

Finally got some time to work on my trailer.

Installed four stabilizers and made progress on my forward countertop/cabinets.
