"Must have" tools

Hi all
My trailer tents going on its last outing next month then its getting stripped down to the frame and with a bit of luck I will be able to make a start on my new TT.
What I am really wanting to know is what are the “must have” tools I will need to have on hand.

One Jigsaw, One drill, a couple of screwdrivers, heaps of patience, 14 pound sledge hammer, more patience, and maybe a circular saw. You should be able to achieve most things with the above. Oh and the 14 pound sledge hammer is for keeping people away while your working on it

I also would suggest a Dremel tool with cut off wheels. I found it to be invaluable for working with metal trim. And don't forget a router and several stright bits.

I think my first attempt will be a pretty straight forward plywood job and I have loads of wood working tools so I should be all right.
I wont need a sledgehammer though Paul, if I show my lot tools they run a mile.

Two drills one for countersink and one for screws.
Titanium drill bit to match bolts.
Rachet and sockets for bolts.
Baggy for filling bolt holes with black gunk. cheap squeegie for applying black gunk to trailer bottom.
2 pound sledge for things that don't fit. Angle grinder and cutoff wheels if you are going to remove excess metal.
Sander if you have one, wood blocks if not.
Table, circular, or band Saw
Gloves, lots of gloves.
Just my start.

I pretty much buy a pair whenever I see them on sale at HF. I have amassed a respectable collection. The quick grip (used to Vice-Grip now Irwin) clamps are the work horses. They are a bit expensive but well worth it, I only have one pair of those.

Two drills come in handy, you use one to drill the pilot hole and the other to drive the screw home.

Don't know why Paul put screwdrivers on his list, I guess they are for prying the lids iff the varnish can.

I ain't saying it doesn't show, but I did it.

One of everthing in HD or Lowes (two if you can swing it) if the other half will allow it. I usually tell her I need it to do something she wants, makes it much easier to get the toys I want.
Otherwise use what ya got and you'll do fine.
