Two drills one for countersink and one for screws.
Titanium drill bit to match bolts.
Rachet and sockets for bolts.
Baggy for filling bolt holes with black gunk. cheap squeegie for applying black gunk to trailer bottom.
2 pound sledge for things that don't fit. Angle grinder and cutoff wheels if you are going to remove excess metal.
Sander if you have one, wood blocks if not.
Table, circular, or band Saw
Gloves, lots of gloves.
