You Got it. Never any later than the second week in November. When day time temps get down around upper 70s its game on till late spring. Right after heavy rain is best. Packs the sand down tight and lays the dust down. Bring a chain saw if you have one!

See you one day ...maybe! :D

That would be perfect time, it'll get me past inventory here at work. Yup I know about the Florida dust, the only thing worse is the Georgia red clay dust. I've got two chainsaws so no worries on that.

Yup will see each other before its all over

Are those handles at the front of the arm rests or where you put the straps to tie the passenger on before the ride of their lives

Well I don't know about any handles. My wife just grabs both my ears if I'm going to fast and whispers " you need to slow down". So I slow down.

Nice Tommy! That looks great. I bet it is going to work well. I like the way you cut that barrel with the higher side and walk in cutout.

Tommy,
You are a genius! Makin' it happen. I love it. Plus it kinda has that whole "Breaking Bad" rolling lab feel. Could make for some interesting conversation at the ICE/DEA checkpoint.
But seriously, you've come a long, long way in a short time. Proud of ya Brother. Doin' all the good. ;)

Well I hope the Camp host and park rangers don't keep coming around any more than they do!
I stumbled on this incredible fit for the tub when you flip it. Dry it out and viola, I can sit in there and be the worlds most reclusive  man.

I added another curtain so there it is in the user mode, with some bamboo rack. Then the travel mode held up with bungees. One more picture is the drip dry while out in 5 gallon bucket.

Re: HALLMARK 6X12 CONVERSION

I'm thinking about this generator. Its So darn pricey I don't know if Ill get permission or not. My main reason is to charge the one deep cycle battery that I have. I would like to run a small fan or perhaps that maxx-air fan vent while sleeping for 7-8 hours or so a night and after a few days I think it may deplete the battery. It would be cheaper to just buy another deep cycle battery I guess and hook them up together. But the advantages to having this around may out way the cost. I cant just plug it in to my 30amp shore outlet so it does present limitations. Have to take off the battery cover to charge. Maybe have to throw the main circuit breaker on the Power Center so it doesn't fry the thing by back current from the generator?

any advice?

Thinking solar option now. May be cheaper. No rush.
Flyboy I know you have good advice also on this. Solar or Honda? I usually look for big oak hammocks to camp under so I don't know how well solar would work for me. Don't want to roast in the day to stay cool at night. I'm limited with no insulation. I would be curios for a cost estimate for my rig for solar though. Anybody?

You cant go wrong by having a generator in any way shape or form. Redundancy is never a bad thing in the middle of wherever. I came to the conclusion several years ago that having multiple smaller generators is the way to go. We have had Onans in all of our race car trailers since the 70's and they are awesome but they were loud and big. I got Yamaha EF3K and love it quiet but big yes its portable but one guy putting it in the back of a pickup isn't easy. Again they take up a lot of space. The wheels also have a tough time on soft surfaces. I sold it and got 2 EF2K Yamahas and life got a whole lot easier. They can be paralleled to get 4K. Need 1 use 1 Very quiet versatile set up. Downside no electric start, 1k each and anyone can carry them off which is what happened. Someone took both of them out of the back of my truck while I was in getting food before a camping trip. I went to Sams the same day and found a brand called Champion and got 2 of them to get me through the week. I have had them for 5 years and they are still going strong. 489.00 each and 79.00 for the parallel kit. To date no issues. Keep them tuned up run the non ethanol fuel out if your not going to use them. All I have done to them is change the filters, plugs and oil. They are a bit louder than my Yamahas but not 500.00 louder. So for the price of a single Yamaha or Honda you can have double the power and more flexibility.

I also order the duel fuel kits for them but have not installed them yet. It will allow them to run off of propane if needed. 160.00 per generator.

Id10t ,
Wow thank you for that. Every thing You said is spot on. I can afford that, yes. Solar right now, no.
Very good ratings. Light and stackable though I wont need to do that, right now anyway. Good back up for solar later.
I detest thieves. Makes my blood boil. Cancer to the thieves who took it. :x Karma has a way of taking care of people like that.

Do you know if there is a way to utilize my shore outlet with this so My power center can do its thing as far as charging the battery and supplying 120v to the outlet? I know better than to utilize the big AC unit.
