Repair sun roof window seal

I have a small leak in my sun roof/star gazer window (Vintage Technologies). It has been there since I installed it but living in CA, i haven't had to worry about it much. Now I have to store my TD outside and it will become a big problem this winter.

Has anyone resealed the window or have a suggestion on how to repair this? I am sure it is the window seal and not the perimeter mounting seal.
