More pics, chassis is painted and the drop floor started. I cut out one cross member of the frame and figure that 3/4" treated plywood glued and screwed to the under side of the frame would give it back some of the loss in strength.

This is how the floor was attached and pieced together. After the walls were up I checked to see if I could get the tires off, NO, so I ended up cutting away most of the wood rail that goes along the outside part of the wheel wells.

When the first sides went up it was windy so I used the foam cut offs as braces for the sides. I fastened the back wall to the sides with 4" screw with washers on them, which pulled it tight until the G-glue dried, then I took out the screws for re-use.
