I am a new member to the site and been reading and learning from many of you about building a teardrop through the vast info available here.
This journey I am about to set off on is a large and new project AND first time build for me. I have spent significant time researching and working my current design in CAD and the fun part is about to begin.
A little about the project in its infancy:
This build will be completed by July 2017.( hard line in the sand as the family is booked for vacation and the trailer is needed!

Trailer frame has already begun and pics will come as completed milestones are hit. I welcome the feedback from the forum users to help me along the way!
Major build design points:
Airbag'd trailer frame( will also be used as a utility trailer and the teardrop structure will be modular. Details later as to my decision for bags versus springs.
Fully insulated for all season use.
furnace and potential A/C
Roof rack system for future mounting of RTT.
Will run on 37" rubber ( to match the rig for backup spare tires)
On board instant hot water, land hookups, all LED lighting, solar
Considering an exotic veneer for the interior/ galley walls ( Birds Eye Maple or Bubinga as potential veneers)
Considering building a pop-out on the driver side to house a bed for my son until he is big enough to sleep in the Future RTT, then will be reallocated for the dog bed!:)
I'm looking forward to this experience and sharing my success and struggles along the way.
This is also my first time posting to ANY forum so apologies in advance for screw ups!
Here is what the general flavor will be and about 50% completion of the trailer frame:
