You said that in my other thread involving wallpaper, not fabric.
Do you see the difference?
Varnish or polycrylic over wall paper isn't going to soak through like it will through fabric to really help adhere it to the wood. So I wouldn't trust the spray stuff to hold the paper on by itself in my high heat/high humidity climate. In this instance, with fabric, the 77 is there to just position it right before using the other stuff.
