Interesting concept. While I like the extra space, I'd be concerned about some prankster causing issues while I'm sleeping "upstairs".

It just strikes me as "odd", a lot of trouble, and I am betting a lot extra expense, for not a whole lot more. It would probably draw a lot of "lookers" in a campground.
