Campers can sign up on the Campers Forum which will allow you to be able to add yourself, and your details (campsite and dates) to the participants list.
For convenience of campers on Facebook, there is also a Facebook group for the TearUp along with an events page.

Sep 23, 2015: Better reserve your site ASAP! Sites are going FAST! 40% of the sites between 220 and 250 are now booked by either TearUp campers or other campers. If campers defer booking too long, they may find themselves spread out even farther than last year.
The following sites are now occupied for the TearUp weekend:
223, 233, 235, 237, 238, 239, 241, 242, 243, 244, 245, 246, 247.
The following sites are currently available (as of Sep 23/14):
220, 221, 222, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230, 231, 232, 234, 236, 240, 248, 249, 250.
