Qool Stream. First time builder

I have gone for 1mm aluminium skin and it looks pretty good

I bought a secondhand locker door which was bronze anodised which i striped off with caustic soda and oven cleaner the set about cutting both the frame and to suit scale of the caravan

A good couple days of better weather and some skin going on the roof sections
At last I can see a much better shape now

It has become more of a design and build as I go along now and the tricky corners then the pop top roof

Hi Again
I am set up in south west England in Exeter Devon
The last time i took a weight reading was when it was just the trailer frame and flooring and wheels and that was
40kg for the frame
60kg for the floor
20kg for the wheels and hubs
120kg ish so far
i will have another weigh in as soon as i buy another set of scales
My beetle will only tow 450kg on a good day i would like to come around 300kg or less
Then i would be not holding up too many people on the roads
