Inexpensive electric bike that fits in my camper

I've had two other Sondors electric bikes and very pleased with them both, the fat tire and the thin. I bought a Sondors folding bike as soon as it was released since I was missing opportunities to bring my bike if it was going to be raining on the way there or on the way back since I had to transport it in the back of my truck, plus it was a pain to load. When they announced the Fold, it was just what I was wanting. Unfortunately the Fold handlebars looks kind of silly with the standard folding bike stick that comes straight up. I saw the BMX conversion online and for $30, I did the swap on my bike and I am liking it a hundred times more. The smaller wheels make it easier climbing hills too and of course best of all I can fit it in my camper for transport in any weather and is much easier to load now. Here are the pics before and after and also folded. It was only $699 which is way cheap for one of these. Some people say an electric bike is "cheating" but you can pedal too if you really want to LOL...

This is the Rad Mini folded. The handle bars fold over to the side which is a plus but I am sure it is heavier at 60#.
The battery can be removed and save 8-9#
This bike will be sturdier but so is the price. $1500

I have been researching these bikes the last few days. So many choices and companies make them, it's hard to choose.

I've owned six Sondors and they are probably the cheapest. They used to sell for $499 (with $120 shipping) but they have gotten popular and established and gone up to $899 starting price which is still HALF the competition. My bottom end Fold does me fine but they have hot rodded ones too for me.

I dont have an electric bike but I do have an electric trike. Now days I have trouble getting off/stopping a bike the last time I ended up breaking my arm. Well just 3 little fractures close to my elbow. Did not need a cast. Just told not to lift anything heavier than a coffee cup for the next month. Getting back to subject. I had to give up riding a bike again and go back to my trike. Which is hard to put in the truck when I go camping. Sold it after I saw an ad on facebook for Liberty trike and bought it. It is a electric trike that you can fold or take apart for transporting. It is smaller than a regular trike as the length is 57 inches and the with in back is 24 or 25 inches. Weigh 60 lbs. 30lb front half 30 lb back half and the battery weighs 10 which is removable. It is not fast moving as it only goes up to 12 mph. The distance you can travel before needing to recharge the battery depends on your weight, weather, terrain and if you are also pedaling, it is around 20 miles more or less. It come in all kinds of color. Mine is teal to match my truck. Tires are fat 16" x 2.5" all around. Really like this trike. Price is kind of high but can be financed. 1,498. Cheaper than some other e trikes or e bikes. If you contact the company with a problem with the trike they are right on it, extremely fast.

That is why I am selling my RAd Mini folding bike. I had it less than a month when I tripped on my own door step and severely wrecked my right shoulder. The shoulder works in its own way not like it used to. If I have to make a sudden turn using it I cannot depend on it working instantly like it should. Plus i am not of an age where I can quickly swing my leg over the top bar. If a crash is going to happen I am going down. I don't need more shoulder surgery. The rad mini shown in the earlier note is available the LA area for $1000.
It has under 100 miles on it. Original price was $1500, the 2018 version is now $1800 and could go higher with all the China tariffs.


This is a great bike can reach close to 30 mph, adjusting the tire pressure can make it all terrain.
