Fall Finale 2017

Oh no! Once AGAIN, the Fall Finale had to be erased from my schedule. Life gets in the way. Anyway, I do remember the CORRECT LAST TIME I saw you Chico folks. I saw you last at the IRG Finale with your respective ukulele and flute. (I enjoyed your music, thanks!) Anyway, I wont be Fall Finaling with you this October as I had hoped. I'll try again for next year.

Oh man! was looking forward to reconnecting...maybe we'll see you at the Shasta Lake Gathering next spring!

We will be zentangling, ukulele playing and dutch oven cooking in a beautiful little campground...still room for a few more!

Alright folks...it's finally here!!! Here's the weather update.
Currently Weather.com shows Thursday, a high of 65 with a 60% chance of light showers in the PM and an overnight low of 43. Cloudy with light rain Fri AM then partly cloudy with a high of 53. Saturday is clear and warmer; should be great for our campfire and potluck.It feels like Fri arrivals should be fine; Thursday arrivals will get a little wet. Leo will be up there Weds and I will be there Thursday afternoon. Hope we see you there.

We're thinking of coming on Thurs as forecast is now showing it to be clear and it's a long drive for just 2 nights from the Bay Area. It'll be nice to escape the smoke and, hopefully, breathe clean fresh air (rain would be fine too)
Also, if anyone is interested in learning quilling I'll bring my supplies and would be happy to teach. I'm a beginner too. It's kind of like origami but using glue and thin strips of paper.

Lee and Norma here. Well so sorry to say we won't be able to make it this time. A last minute medical procedure for Norma has forced us to cancel ( naturally after I had moved all our stuff from the big camper to the little pop top ). Any way I am going to pencil next years fall finale in on our calendar and hope to see all of you sooner. Lee p.s. we aren't to concerned about the procedure ( it is supposed to be minor ) but it needs to be done now.
