Cargo trailers with extra interior height

It seems that many CT’s I am seeing are usually approx 72”. I was looking around for a CT with about a 7’ interior height.
For those of you that bought a v nose, about 7x14-16 and extra height
Where did you get it from?

we ordered from a local seller who ordered a Lark with height. Trailer showroom uses different builders in different areas. Ours was a Lark from TX.

I went with an extra 18 inches because I knew I wanted the loft bed accessible without unloading. I paid $35 per trailer ft (18ft) so it was $630 dollars extra. That works out to about $210 for each 6 inches of added height. All well worth the extra money.

I custom ordered my trailer with a bunch of extras to include the paint and chrome divider in addition to the fact I have never seen a 7.5ft. tall trailer on a lot already built. Sometimes you may see 6.5 ft.or 7ft. Lark will custom build, but a lot of others will also. Typically options are from a list of à la carte options. The only thing I ordered that was not on the "list" was the two tone paint with chrome divider strip and the design on the back side with gray and white. I had to draw that for them to get exactly what I wanted.

You should be able to do the same from most of the builders out there to get exactly what you want.

Mine is 7.5 ft tall inside. Here is a pic as I drove it away from the factory in Georgia: BTW.. I used the same folks that MtDon used, but my trailer was built in Douglas , Georgia.

I purchased a 7x7x16 foot from a trailer lot in Arkansas. I got it for about $4200. The 7ft interior height is well worth it.
It's a Covered Wagon. Loadngotrailers.com 870-426-4990. They custom build trailers but I believe they order the cargo trailers.

Many manufactures sell what they call a UTV or side by side hauler. These are usually 7' high interior as a minimum. Mine is an American Hauler 7x12x7. And as Don(FLboy) I wanted the height for loft/lift bed.

While looking at a few cargo trailer manufacturers, it appears that quite a few have an options menu, including things like insulated floors, RV doors, and increased headroom.

My 7x16 Cynergy came standard with a 75" ceiling, so I added 6 inches to the ceiling height.

Depends on the model, but my Neo NAVR had +6" option for 7' interior height.

It's way tall and if I could do it over I would have done 6" lower and 6' wide for less frontal area. I am 70" tall.

I also wish I had done steel wheels and not aluminum.

That 2018 Legend 7x17 from Complete Trailers is a VERY nice, VERY well built trailer!

I tried to get them to spray closed cell foam underneath. No go. I may DIY as it's still very clean underneath.
