Hi Icon. Looks like you are using that DPDT as a transfer switch? Just make sure it is rated for the voltage and current properly and that the outlet is grounded and wired such that it will pop a GFCI breaker if that switch shorts out. I'd be a little nervous with that due to size and arcing potential, all metal casing, etc.. Maybe find a DPDT light switch rated for 115 VAC 15A use ( and maybe that switch is fine.. I don't know) or get an autotransfer switch that senses the genny input. Just asking because if not right, you may get a suprise one night while getting ready to take a shower. Don't want that. Electricity can kill if you are the easiest path to ground.
