Thanks! I have heard other say good things about those Duracell's and they are $97 each at my local SAMs club. Will probably go that route.

Yes, that is it. It is just a resistor network that steps the LEDs. I am using a very common display panel with LEDs and also has the water pump switch integrated into it.
