After work today, I pulled out all the thin plywood batten strips that covered the seams in the 3/8 plywood. It's now ready for removing the ply, and it allowed me to see most of the wiring running around the top of the trailer.
That's really about as far as I can go before my boat sells and funds the project. I put it on the local Craigslist today.

I'm not too sure about that. I've sold at least a half a dozen boats, and hated to see most of them go... but it's time to move on.
This is a bundle of wires draped over the edge of the beer can thin aluminum corner piece at the back corner. (Same on both sides.) How many bumps do you think it would take for it to cut through the insulation and short it out?
