Hatch seal with no notch walls

Guys, thank for the time! Aggie, that drawing makes total sense now. I have ordered the offset hinge, and my hatch ribs were cut long on both ends, because i had not figured this part out. I believe doing per your offset drawing my existing ribs will work when cut to correct length.

Test fit the ribs last night. Hinge will be here today. Ribs look like they will work perfect once cut to length. Now on to actually building the hatch. I had 1 door on my previous weekender and am reusing it and have purchased another new door. Is there a way to get them keyed alike? I had asked Vintage when i emailed for a quote, but didnt get a response on it, and then i forgot to ask on the phone when I ordered.
