I had a little scare. When I went to reorder the same material from the same vendor on Ebay, the color would not show up as an option. I guess it was back in stock today. Not wanting a two tone interior.

Looking great. What kind of material are you covering the insulation with? What adhesive are you using to bond the cover to the insulation, and the insulation to the shell?

The material is synergy suede foam backed headliner. The glue is 3m super 77.

Not that it makes any difference. That Super77 stuff works for everything. Everything except headliners. Believe that is because of car fire regulations not ability. Not sure if they have changed the writing on the can but won't make a difference on the wall.

I hear you on the glue. I have had quite a bit of experience with super 77 and EPS foam, (Model Airplanes) and knew what I could get away with. Using the "headliner" stuff would have been uncharted territory. When working with foam and adhesives there are two truths.

1. Most adhesives attack foam when allowed to pool.

2. The bond only has to be as strong as foam.

Moderation is key.

As far as the camper goes. I have been using it for over a season. It fits my needs perfectly. I would not have done anything differently.

Doors. I toyed with the idea of just cracking the foam along the joint, but I think it really deserves a seam.
