Things you have made

Things that don't fit anywhere else...

Jane made herself this tool box from a Woodsmith magazine plan.
The woods used are Sapele and figured Maple with a semi gloss pre catalyzed lacquer finish.

Here it is with all the hardware and in use.

I made the same tool box in 1995 out of Purple Heart, Red Oak and Maple.
Jane is now making a copy out of figured Maple and Sapele panels for her sewing box.

Those toolboxes are beautiful, Danny.

I also like to build things out of wood. I built a trunk drawer for my Jeep for my off-roading equipment.

Details on building it are here: http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=80170

I also built some wooden items for my wife and her sister's business. They sell handmade brooms and cards. I made them several broom racks, a broom storage box, an A-frame sign, and more. Some of the things I built can be seen on their instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_sistercraft/ The handmade brooms, cards, and other items for sale are all their handiwork!

The combination of wood just sets them off.. You're a true craftsman.. Thanks for sharing the pictures.. :)

For years I made custom cabinets and furniture.. always taking pictures .. then a crashed computer lost all of them..
Now I back everything up on a different drive.. Please do so also..

Thanks for the kudos and yes I have a back up drive and other means to save pictures.
Some of my work so long ago was on film and don't know what happened to it all.
Happy woodworking.
Thanks, :D Danny
