Can RV doors be cut to size like some storm doors?

Forgive if this has been asked, my search of the forum didn't turn up anything. My build is a relatively low profile camper with flip-up walls. As such my door can only be about 54 inches tall. I've seen really short doors and doors roughly full length. If I buy one that is longer than I need will I be able to remove the trim and cut it to size? Thanks

Contact Challenger door should be able to built to your specs.

Yes you can cut it. I have done it. I taped the door on the cut line and used a circular saw with a carbide blade. Cut right across the door and frame at once.
