Love the forum, creativity and support here.
Have been on and off here as a guest, tried to read all the Foamstream thread, it's loooonng. Lol.
Have built a few projects in the past, bumped a HF kit to 6*10, built with drywall metal studs and corrugated steel skin. Called it my Armorhaul. And that was before I knew what I was doing. Which is still debatable.

Currently have a fresh blank slate to work with.
Would love to build it as a foamie. Just read ghcoe's foamie build, great job. My concern is the large size I'm pondering, 7*12*7, roof strength and the effects of road stress and torsion. Not to mention the time for all the coating layers. Traditional frame/ply vs foamie, to be or not to be, that is the question.
So seeking input, under which heading would I start a thread for ideas and comments to help determine how I would proceed? It would be on a cutaway van btw.

Thx all.
Will see if I can learn how to add an image or two.
Easy peasey.
