So the short of it on the rack... Built it from 80/20 extrusion 1.5" square material. I built a set of brackets to get the mounting points and it was nothing more that cutting it to length and using t nuts and gussets to bolt it all together. Had it laid out, cut, assembled and mounted in about an hour. The nice part about their products is they have a multitude of mounting/attachment options where I can add other items very easily to the rack. I would have done Anodized but my local supplier was out and couldn't get it in time for the trip. ( may have it powder coated later on..) I just couldn't justify something like a rhino rack for this based on the usage it will see.
I have the trailer buried up in the garage right now but I will try to get some photos of the install and I also will be heading back to Moab in October and will get more photos to share then as well.
