HF 4' x 8' trailer on sale until 10/7

Almost missed it...normally $350 so it's a pretty good sale.

I downloaded the manual/instructions and the trailer appears to be the same design as the one I modified for my Weekender-XL build. About 2 years after I bought it, HF sent me a new set of LED tail lights to replace the original ones. I assume, that is standard on this one too. Oh, and they replaced the tires, too.
I'm glad to see that HF is back in the trailer business.- However, I wish they made an XL size- around a 4.5' x 9' frame with a 1500 lbs axle would have been better for building campers, but still not too big for a small tow vehicle.

Yeah, except it doesn't look like any of the stores in this entire region has one or knows if they will even get one. I contacted 12 stores in over a 200 mile radius from my location and not one had the folder. You can't buy it online. They kept trying to get me to buy the 1750, I have one and love it. But I wanted the smaller one for $249. Not happy with HF right now, and I've been a customer for way over 20 years.

Actually it is online now but with shipping, it is a no-go. Lexington has the 1750# in stock but that is $449. Guy up the street is trying to sell a rusted and abused HF folder for $400. I think I will wait.

Bought one new for $239 eleven years ago. If someone offered me $400 for it, I'd throw in the bridge for free!
