This coming weekend I will be cutting the walls. I have 3 sheet of 5x10x3/4 baltic birch plywood.
If anyone has any comments/suggestions please make them now!

The dark outline you see in the first picture is some 4mm ply attached to the inside of the wall and overlapping the opening to give the door something to close against.
