ChaCHING!!!! 20-25,000 Euros. Interesting concept, being a pod that is considered 'cargo' on top of an independent trailer. They are just launching production now in France, so I wouldn't expect to see any in the States until at least next year. No mention of a dealer network, just a waiting list.

Other than a couple of detail-less snapshots, everything is computer generated. Not one video of a walkaround of an actual unit.

 I wouldn't be laying down a deposit.

There are more videos and at least one website with a bunch of images.

That's still short on the activation but at least it shows they have a working version.

I wish them luck. I still marvel over the big camping rigs I see all summer. They just don't look like much fun.

Luckily in Europe we don't get monsters like that.

I live where folks visit as part of their two-week vacation. For three months, those things are like the wildebeest migration in Africa. :frightened:

IMO, their only real problem is that the basements aren't large enough for a woodshop.

Seriously, we have friends who "upgraded" last year from one of these to a larger one of these. Their main complaint was that the fireplace in the office fell over on their first drive over the Front Range. They need the office so that she can work from there while they are "camping" at the KOA. At least the three televisions all work. (Not making any of that up!)

You lost me at office... They have separate rooms inside those things? As I haven't seen one in real life I can't imagine how they are...

3 TVs? Who needs 3 TVs while camping? Who needs a TV while camping?

And my friends make fun of me because a trailer is not camping anymore, since it doesn't involve pitching a tent...
