6.5'x10' Teardrop with trolley top

We built this about 7 years ago before we had two kids. We have grown out of this and need to get a full-size camper. I have no idea how to price this as it is home built and it offers more room that most conventional tear drop trailers. Like any home-built units it will require an owner that is not afraid to make it their own. There are a couple of items I have not completely made up my mind on finishing but it does not prevent you from using it. We have used it many times in Ohio and Arizona. It is stored in a heated garage in the winter. I do not know the weight by I do tow it with a Subaru Outback with no problems.

Built on a 1953 boat trailer frame Titled as a 1953, Clean Arizona Tile
Frame is 1.5x3" C Channel (heavier than most)
Bulldog 2" hitch with lock
Wheels are newer but showing some rust spots that can be cleaned up and maintained
Tires have 6k miles on them with no rot
The interior holds a king size bed and has a 11" memory foam mattress
LED recessed lights inside with switches at each door
12v fan inside
Wired for 24" 120V TV
All led exterior lights
Wired for lights in the rear hatch but not installed
All interior is tongue and groove oak walls and ceiling
Cabinet is clad in black Starboard
Kitchen is all Black Starboard and marine cabinet locks
Roll out cooler tray
All counters are custom bent kitchen grade stainless
Marinco 30amp marine power inlet
Wood structure is fiberglass reinforced at all seams
Floor is insulated and 2.5” thick
Metal cladding in .030 baked brushed aluminum
