Camp on the Continental Divide. Here we were at Snowy Range Pass at only 11,500 feet elevation.

That's right, we camped at 2 MILES above sea level.

Once upon a year (in 1998) I had a delicious steak at Stockman's right in Pinedale. We'd been backpacking for 9 days and had our first meal back in civilization. The steaks came in three sizes, small, medium, and large. I ordered a medium. It filled the plate. Turns out small, medium, and large equaled 16, 24, and 32 ounces.

Tasted great.

I'll be there. Not sure what food to bring for the potlucks. Are they only breakfasts?

Looks like almost a full moon, so we'll be able to see the cowbears with NO problem at all.
