I bought a radius roller. I got some quotes on having the tubing rolled for me but decided to buy the tool for close to the same price. Now I can roll as many as I need.

3/4 x .063 tubing. I haven’t weighed it yet. It hasn’t made it out of the driveway yet. Soon!

It was super simple and easy to bend around. Nothing to be afraid of. I purchased all the trim molding from vintage technology.

Awesome job! 1/8 steel trailer frame, very heavy but will take a beating and last forever
I have most of my supplies to build -- just been putting it off as usual

I was able to get the galley hatch skinned and trimmed out this weekend.
I think the worst part of the build continues to be the dang gas springs.
I cannot seem to find the correct poundage or pivot locations.

Picked up a couple of 6v batteries a was able to complete
The rest of the wiring in the tongue box today

I was able to get to the DMV this past weekend and
get the trailer registered. It was easier than I expected
but took longer. 6+ hrs. at DMV.
