Almost 15 years and just finished teardrop #2. I still lurk and relied on the pneumatic hatch formula thread for success! I love this forum due to the lack of unnecessary drama that I see in the other forums I participate in. Glad to be a part of this community.

Another 15 year member checking in from AZ, previously TN. Spent many happy times on this forum building my TD back in the day. Will make it a New Years's resolution this year or next (or each of the rest) to check in more often.

I............ think I joined up around 2008 or so, I say then because that's when I got it registered. Got a lot of information on building a " woody , Ben Roy" and just went for it. I built it in my daughters garage from an old boat trailer , good buys off of Craigs list, and scraps from here and there. We still use it when we go on vacation to Boise .
She's not as pretty as she use to be but she still works.
My next project ( if the good Lord allows me) is a vardo with a twist.

FEB 9th 2007 was the join date ! I have 5 tiny builds and have move to bigger and better with 3 tiny house builds each all but complete
( we all know any build is never DONE !) Have met a lot of good friends along the way, some in person, some just on line. It was a very happy and life changing accident I found this group and have really enjoyed the time we have shared.

it is a good place to remember those who have passed who helped us all with our builds, camped with us and were true Teardroppers to the end.

I think it's been 12 years for me and I'm still hanging around. Have had 3 more vintage trailers since the Teardrop. I have a 23' 1967 Mallard Flight Wing currently. I miss the Teardrop though for those quick, spontaneous trips.
