Took a month of went to Thailand in July this year... it was hot and I was sweaty.

Got back from Thailand and continued with the galley door... probably a good thing I took a long break as I was dreading this part the most but it actually turned out really well. Skipped a few steps in the documenting process here but at least I have something to show.

Bulkhead interior wall, outlets and light switches in place. First set of LED lights operational.
Also got part of the interior ceiling up and my opening for my MaxxAir fan ready.

Got my tail lights holes cut and fit in place...
Don't worry, I changed out the amber running lights for red ones.

Got my chinese diesel heater in the mail and started to play around with it. This thing has been amazing. I use in my garage to take the chill off while I work during colder days. This will be installed in the tongue box to provide warm dry heat.

Test fitting the interior cubby cabinet, insulating the cutouts and running more wires.

Fitting the interior 3/8" birch wall panels with the dimmable light switches.
On the curbside, one switch controls the outside LED bar and one switch controls a set of interior lights.
On the roadside, one switch controls the outside LED bar and the other controls the other set of interior lights.

Extending my tongue two feet. This 2x2 steel tubing also extends back to near the axle and made a huge difference in strength.

Also learning how to weld with a cheap flux core welder but it works! Not the prettiest but it works well.

This is how I've decided to keep my hatch up. Manually open the hatch, grab this support and place it on the edge of the upper cabinet. The support has 45dg notches that keep in steadily in place. Works great. Also the dowels act as a way to hang items to dry or whatever. I may install struts at some point in the future if this ends up being annoying.
