Great looking build!
Is that a custom door frame? Where did you find it?

One thing I changed when our trailer was "finished" was the charging module. My concern was that the one supplied with the solar panel kit we bought wasn't really that good for an AGM battery. I sent for a new Morning Star 10 amp module after reading a bit about them in general. We were living in a very hot climate (you won't have to worry about that where you live) & the charge rate was not regulated to the temperature in the battery compartment (under the galley counter it could get very hot in the sun during summer months). I was concerned with the charge rate of an AGM battery, so it was basically just a swap for the new controller. I can't say it would have actually been a problem, but I wanted a better system, so the new charge module was added to help protect the battery. You might want to see about the Morning Star module, just to see how it charges compared to the one you have. I'm not sure it's worth the extra cost, but it's worth a look since you are doing a quality build. It would mean drilling some new holes.
