Sleeping in the Tear Tonight.

Postby CPASPARKS » Wed Jul 19, 2006 11:34 pm

It is 11:30 pm and it is still 95 degrees here in North Central Texas tonight.
That is WAYtoo hot for it to be almost midnight.
I just can't seem to get cooled off tonight in my house. I went outside about 30 minutes ago and turned on the 5,150 btu a/c in my tear. I am going to sleep in the the tear parked in the driveway tonight. I can't wait to crawl in that mobile beer freezer and get a nice cool nights sleep!

All Ira has to do is say: "but, honey, don't you remember I bought that 2 years ago?"

CPASPARKS, I can really relate to the A/C addition. What a relief it is to know you can get relief from the heat. You'll look at camping in a whole new way because of the A/C. I love to camp, but I really didn't like the hot humid nights. Now I don't really care that much cause I can get the cool nights sleep.

Sleeping in the tear tonight.

Postby CPASPARKS » Fri Jul 21, 2006 12:55 pm

Dang!!! I been sleeping like a little fat baby the last two nights in my tear parked in the driveway. It is supposed to be close to 116 degrees here today.

My A/C is worth a 100 times more than the $70 bucks I paid for it a Sam's Club at couple of years ago.

Kurt, you should have told me sooner to put the A/C in the tear..you are absolutely correct. :applause: :applause: :applause:

The family is going with me this afternoon up to Palo Duro Canyon to camp for the weekend. Gotta have that A/C along.

Tom, I get the stuff delivered to the office now, or I buy from the store so I can hide in the truck.

Arne, I did that with other guitar stuff so that BS won't work on my wife any more.

And Jack, I survived the EZ-Up purchase with no injuries. I plan to stuff my wife tonight with great chinese food and Dunkin' Donughts, so she wont hit me tomorrow (Saturday) when I try to set it up.
Here we go again!
