6 X 10 (V-nose) build

Half of the V-nose is done.
Taped the wire's up against a rail.
Used Eternabond on the seam and where they cut the aluminum short , showing the diamond plate.

Silicone'd the lower edge that I could see daylight through and the hole the harness comes through.

I debated back and forth about the wall. Whether I should try to lighten it using luan.
Decided just to keep the wall as is but......
I can ditch almost all the trim except the top.
That'll shed at least some unnecessary weight.

I bought 9 sheets of insulation and still have 7 left. I think I over shot my estimate a bit.

Tore the other side down today and installed the window.
Had to move it a few inches to the rear to clear the bar.

V-nose is done and cleaned it out. It's not susposed to snow inside the trailer.
Used a box fan to blow the rest of it out.
Out of 9 sheets I bought, I still have 3 left.
Guess I'll have some for the floor.

Gonna staple back up some of the trim tomorrow.

Ordered a cabinet for the front. Think I found a good size for it.

Hopefully I'll be putting flooring in soon and carpet for the walls.

Max seems to like the trailer. Easier for him to get in.
Today is windy with light rain off&on.
Started gluing the floor. It's been 40mins and still wet , I'm guessing another hour.

Did the floor. This is left over from our flooded bathroom rebuild.

Never done laminate before. Not too bad.
Get the proper depth tool and spread the glue around. Sticky stuff. Took 4 hrs for the first side to dry, busted out a fan to hurry the process.
It's cream colored at first and the color changes once its near ready.
If you touch it and dosent come off with your fingers, it's ready.

Boy ol would that have been my luck to lay laminate and had it off side to side just enough. Looks good

Thanks. Luckily I was able to get this strip in as close to the trim as possible being very sticky . Once it touches, ain't no pulling it back up.
While that was drying, went to Lowe's to get the carpet.

My favorite part is coming up soon, building the bed and installing the floor cabinets.

Well, what a time to start building a trailer.
It's been named the "Doomsday trailer" by friends and family . Neighbors probably think im some sort of prepper.
The only place I've been this last week is Lowe's. Life like normal there but down the street at Wal-Mart it's another story.

Cabinet showed up today. Alrighty, it's time to get back to work . Haven't worked on it in 2 days.

Getting ready to do the ceiling.
Any tips/tricks OR materials you all suggest ???
I saw some thin white 1/8" board sheet that looked interesting.

Probably grab some 2x4's to build the bed frame also.

Cleaning out the trailer right now to load materials into.
