I would use an oil drain pan like this:

It looks like it might be sturdy enough to put at least one foot up on it while you're showering, as long as you don't put all your weight on it. At 20 inches wide, it's small enough that you could possibly straddle it or sit over it in a camp chair. (That would be my choice and I've already measured my HF camp chair and it would fit perfectly!) It holds about 5-1/2 gals liquid (That's nearly 2 sun showers!) and has a handle and a pour spout for carrying and emptying. The price is right, too!

The tote can carry other stuff to and from camp. Take it to the dump station or bathroom to dump.

I like that folding shower screen dogcatcher posted. That may be another addition soon. Not sure why he made the box hinge up though??? I'd probably mount it the other way so the lid flops down out of the way. You could even use the lip of the lid as a
shelf to hold soap and whatever.

My impression is that the lid lays on top of the shower frame to keep it square.

Also, those shower curtains (and commercial shower tents) may not be "see through", but you sure can see silhouettes.

OK... HANDS DOWN THE BEST PULL OUT SHOWER I HAVE EVER SEEN. Look at the entire video, but skip to 2:20 if you just want to see the shower... It is awesome.. I'd replicate if I was ever space limited...

To be clear here, that filter will not remove soap or bacteria. To remove bacteria, a filter needs to be less than 0.2 microns, thus one is 20 microns. The filter will remove chlorine taste( and in doing so also makes the water more likely to grow bacteria). I didn’t watch the whole video, but my gut says that you would plug those filters quickly in this manner and the cost of replacing the filters would negate the benefits.

I saw a video of a kid who rigged up a slide out frame for a curtain, no big deal I thought until I saw the "floor". Yes he put a floor in his, and used the foam floor panels like what people put in kids play rooms. He drilled a bunch of holes in the foam so it could drain, and he had a hose attachment that he could hook up a hose to drain the water away. I plan on the 3 leg fold out style.

I plan on doing something like he did for the floor, but I am going to have a boat bilge pump or maybe a small pond pump to pump it to a gray water tank if I want to. ( or 50 feet away to the woods if allowed ). The pump will just sit in the corner and I will cut the foam floor out to fit the pump. Most bilge pumps draw about 1.5 ah, so running it for 10 to 15 mins is no big deal. One reason for using the bilge pump is they are designed to handle small items in the water and not jam up.
