Design Library

I've tried to open Design Library in the Design Resources file a few times and it won't open for me, is there a trick to it or is the file no longer there?

The first entry of the pull down menu doesn't work, the rest did for me. Angib ran the Design Library site, he was a great contributor for a lot of years but we haven't heard from him in quite awhile. He may have passed on to glory.
