The Gnome Home

My first build is under way! I've decided to call it the Gnome Home because
1) it will be a temporary home for me and my dog, and
2) it will be very a very small footprint for a home, gnome-sized!

The NT 5x8 is almost complete. Need to pick my neighbor's brain tomorrow for a few details, then I hope to have it ready to turn over as soon as this storm passes.


And I picked up the plywood and foam today for walls and floor. Can't wait to get to that stage.


I know this isn't going to turn out anywhere near as pretty as the gorgeous builds on here, but I figure that by posting and updating I'll be keeping myself accountable and on my tight time frame. All input welcomed

Thank you Rob and Sharon for the encouragement. Small snag today torquing the u bolts for the axle. The tie plates started bending. Think I'm going to buy beefier u bolts and plates just to be safe.
