I just took the Little Red Caboose out for his first road trip. Still under construction but did just fine. And it was nice to be snug inside...40 degrees is *cold* for Seattle!
Plans are Wyoming Woody on a NT trailer.

Looks nice William . I used the Wyoming Woody outline also.
I didn't round out the back bottom just to give me a little more room
and I was concerned about the curve of the hatch sealing.

It started as semi-transparent stain, but it didn't go on evenly, and by the second coat unfortunately the wood grain was completely obscured anyway, so I just used exterior latex paint on top of the stain.
Mistakes were made!
