A spot that shows a nice sharp Rolled edge, roughed up for 3rd coat after white I like the finnish and wan't a clear coat

This piece of foam was attached (Caulk) before the paint was pored over the other side; it is very well attached still.
Other side boiled as show prior,
Will test with two other coatings between foam And monstaliner if i am prepared; that rarely happens anymore.

White front with two 5' long 1/8" BB Plys covering the Radius to about 3" forward of the Fan and 20"-24" from the frame it's 1/4" with a Caulk taper.
(My Practice skinned Foamie)
lots of this one is 1/8" skinned foam

Yep third gallons looking like spray gray.
Pot life say's 10 hour's
& Something I tried pulls the last bit out
Don't try to push the pot life too far it has a built in release agent

And over the top of the bumpers, mill scale hot rolled; bed liner in a can

Filling the holes and plugging the wires in They are still real easy to change as is the diagram
& Needed just a little more room to get the fender on

Wondered for year's and found out today, nope I can't hand bend the T molding over my radi without relief but save it, by taking 1/8" out of the inside.
Caulk And drilling for rivets before the heat turns on

One down, two straight one's to go, Trimming the inside first made it so much easier.

I Have a little clearing to do, The piece's are fit to the Inside Radi ; so I traced the 1 door side and made the first piece of my tiny headboard.

Decided where the fuse / solar panel charger, wiring, battery's, tail light's pretty much everything is going to be routed!
It's going through this mess In the right rear corner when I get all the wire's to the fuse panel / charger, I'll start the diagram
