Also, I was very pleased to see the 5,200lbs GVWR and that I have 3,350lbs (per factory sticker) for conversion and any payload. I am thinking I won't even come close... so plenty of margin. I believe upgrading the axle to 5,200lbs with electric brakes , additional floor joists, and triple tube tongue is the #1 best upgrade I could have done. Not really much more at time of build.
Now I will not be constrained by weight, although I do not plan to build heavy. Quick math says the trailer is 1,850 lbs as built.
It is on the factory sticker and the MSO, so legit!
