Looks good.... I'll have a cell phone booster and a small TV antenna on mine too. Also, a portable yagi cell antenna on a 25' fiberglass pole to use when far away from a tower.

So I decided to make the cabinet door open down and use it as a computer workstation in the CTC. The Laptop will also be used for TV/Movies, so that is a good spot. I put in as USB charger next to it and I will have auxiliary input to run sound through the stereo. This is going to work well. I hadn't planned on it, but it came to me as I was trying to figure out how to mount a door..if it swung up, it would block view of contents unless you bent over. This is a win_win.

I will install a magnet to keep it closed. I also have a handle to match the kitchen hardware that I need to put on.

I started on the bathroom and realized that I will need to pressure test the pipes before I close up the floor and install the shower pan. There are a few crimped connections that are not accessible once I close up the floor. If I don't test them they will be the ones that leak. So, I am going to go ahead and install all the fixtures temporarily and pressurize the system before I install the raised floor and shower pan. That's the plan for tomorrow.

I am going to just couple the hot and cold together where the water heater connects.

The AC ran 4hours and 51 minutes off the inverter today. It was cycling on and off at 75 degrees. This is all the power the AC consumed. Based on that, I think I will be able to run the AC all night with no generator needed. That will be nice when boondocking in parking lots on the road.

I was just missing a few fittings today that I will pick up tomorrow, but almost about ready to fill the holding tank and pressurize the system. I will make sure there are no leaks and let it set for a day like that before I closed in the floor and etc.. on the pipes.

Good evening Don,
You are really moving along with this build. Looking good!

What is the black part under the water pump and is that an accumulator next to pump?

Also, what pieces did you use for your gravity feed into tank? Looks exactly what I would like to do on mine.

Thanks,
Harry

Hi Harry. Thanks.

The black part under the pump is just a mounting plate with vibration isolators built in. I bought the pump and accumulator already mounted on this. It is for marine applications. I like having the accumulator in low flow situations to keep the pressure constant.

The gravity feed water line is just some 2.0" clear vinyl type line I already had and I used a 2.0 inch 90deg. barbed fitting to make the corner. This stuff does not bend well.. it just kinks. same reason I run a spiral from the tank to pump. I could have put two more 90deg. fittings there, but the spiral works too and is simple.

Do you by chance have a link to what you purchased? Sounds like a nifty idea!

Thanks!

All connected. Going to add some water to the tank and pressurize. Hopefully nothing to fix.

Woo hoo!

Water pressurized. Except for one pex crimp I failed to crimp on the city water input, NO Leaks.

I am going to let it sit overnight pressurized and will start the shower construction on Monday. Maybe I'll get the Maxxair in tomorrow and secure the water tank and pump to floor just to accomplish something and keep the ball moving forward.

Got over 10 hours running the AC, FM radio and lights and still had 231aH.(45%) remaining. I cut off the test at that point. It will do what I need to. The meter seems accurate and says I'd have another 5 hours or so at this rate before the batteries are depleted.

It seems the batteries are drawing down at the same relative percentage and charging on both banks shut off at same time. It makes sense to me now since the outputs cannot drift apart given they are tied together with 0 AWG wire. I can monitor each 3.2V cell with the Smart BMS. I like the way it is working. The cells seem to be well balanced and never drift more than about 30mV apart. I can see some active balancing going on via the BMS app however.

BTW, the blue light next to switch is the inverter on light. It is a 110AC light running directly from the inverter output, so it is a good indicator.

I had to disconnect the lighting and power in the NiLight switch for the Inverter as it was, because these switches try to pass 12vdc when activated (common 12VDC to both switches) and all I need is continuity to turn on the inverter. Passing 12vdc to it would not be good for the inverter. Didn't try it to find out, however.

You can see the Water Pump switch next to it is on and has power..it passes 12vdc to turn on the Water Pump and lights the Blue Square light when active.
