This is why you want to leak test, and yes I thought I was doing a good job taking care of the caulk.

How you get the air in is, what ever works for you. In my case I use the two 400 CF bilge blowers that are used with my HEPA filter and air conditioner.

What I found, and how do you mark it. Shooting bubbles is like shooting glass, very difficult with out the right lighting, oh well


Dry erase marker will survive a good rain storm and wipes off easily, you do need to wipe off the dish washing soap first (I prefer Dawn in water).

Pressure tested the tear today, It now takes about an hour. I had been concerned about getting enough air pressure in to the galley area to get a valid test as there are no substantial holes from the cabin back. That is no longer a question, one new leak around a tail light. The good news all the previous efforts were successful they are still sealed.

WOW! Sorry to see damage at all because I know you've been very careful with your build. But it's about 12(ish) years old now. Things are going to happen over time. Best wishes on getting it good as new once again.

Very sorry this has happened, hopefully caught before there was any bad damage.

So did you just pressurize it and spray the outside with soapy water like you would a tire? How much pressure is required?
