Not sure what's going on here, but it is possible to block a user so you don't see their posts. You can't however, block them from PMing you. Go to "foes" in your user control panel.

That post was at least in the "General Discussion" thread. The other one was in "Cargo Trailer Conversions" which didn't make a lick of sense.
