How to bond wall and roof panels together

Im going to use 40mm sandwich panels, bit want to have both sides covered with gelcoat so that no foam from the core is visible, at the same time get the best strenght as possible.
Any smart way to cut this to make it fit like this?

Generally speaking, a sandwich wall is covered by thin plywood sheathing on both sides. No foam exposed.



In the U.S., Gelcoat is a thickened polyester-resin-based goo with no structural integrity. (In fact, it will dissolve most foam boards.) If I gel-coated one of my sandwich wall cores, there's no way, the skeleton outline wouldn't show. Even if I made sure the foam and the Gelcoat were compatible. And eventually, it would crack.



But we may be talking about two different substances.
