Great video! Man, that must have been a lot of work. The results make it worth it!

Canvas is done and the camper is on the trailer. This is pretty exciting. It has been a lot of years to finally get to this point. I had it blocked up on the trailer so I could paint all of the contact points with rubberized roofing paint before setting it down. I will paint the bottom a few more times after it is secured to make sure that the floor is protected. I picked up some elevator bolts to secure the camper to the trailer.

I added some more support under where the camper will sit and got all of the areas covered by the camper coated with some Rust-Oleum.

I grabbed 5 buddies and we tossed it on the trailer. I am estimating that the current weight is around 600 pounds. I did get the trailer weighed last weekend so I can determine an accurate final weight some time in the near future. There trailer is 2480 pounds by itself and has 640 pounds tongue weight empty.

Would you just look at it..... It sure is pretty. I am so excited to see this thing all together. Now I need to move on to the interior.

I finally got the change to take this thing down the highway. I did a 275 mile trip on Saturday and it towed great. My thoughts that my trailer would tow better with the camper on than it did with just the Jeep seemed to be correct. I did not notice an improvement in gas mileage unfortunately, but it did feel as though it cut through the air better. Now I have to spend some time getting the interior together.
