How y'all are?

Hello from Haughton, LA. Dave Bob here, Dave Bob you ask, who is this a reject from the Waltons? Nah, my last name is a first name for most (you figure it out). Anywho, I've been lurking for a while and am still in the "planning" stages of my teardrop build. So many great designs and builders, my head is still swimming with ideas!

I live real close to Lake Bistineau so if y'all have a gathering there in Oct. I'll try to swing by, as long as it's not opening weekend of deer season..... Just kidding the deer camp is near Ringgold right by Lake Bistineau.

Hey Dave,

After attending my first teardrop gathering (in the Redwoods) I encourage you to attend a gathering if possible. It makes a huge difference to be able to actually see the various trailers in person. I am still trying to sort out the various ideas that I can implement at this late stage of my build.

We all are looking forward to seeing those progress pictures!

Dave, welcome to the board...there is a gathering in Ok in Sept at Bernice State Park and thinking about the last weekend in Oct for a gathering at Bisteneau....don't forget the pics...wwe luv 'em ya know...if I can be of any assistance, let me know...

YES, I agree with Joanne... if you can't come to a campout then hook up with Billy or 'Jack and look at one in person. It makes all the difference.
