Good Luck on your procedure at the hospital, Bob. I have a neighbor who had some stents put in when he was in his 40's. He's in his 80's now and all is still going well.

Ha! I wouldn't be surprised if you installed a sink next!

Naw! Tony's next add will be a 120 volt connection for shore power. :R

:applause: Well, I didn't need any major work done to my heart. Appears that the spot on the test camera was probably a a "film" shadow! That's their excuse anyway. But they had to go in anyway, so no stent needed. :scratchthinking:

After much research, and some recommendations, I decided to stick with the flooded batteries (at this time anyway) because the other one is still reading 12.6 just sitting there not connected, plus the weight and balance will still be the same. It's not like I go boondocking hardly ever, mostly to campgrounds, but will start soon. Again, just using them for the Alpicool 35, fan, lights and 12v chargers. I need to get out west some and the UP.

I still learn everyday when I'm on here. :applause:

On the second 150AH Life Line AGM. I retired the first one after 10 years. It never got below 64% SOC.
When I replace this one it will likely be a Sodium Ion

I just bought and received a 100ah AGM to replace both deep cycles. As soon as the storm passes I'll install it.

5 yrs in on my 100ah agm. Still meets my needs. I have no idea what condition it is in but it still runs my fans and charges my devices overnight.

If you want to know the battery's actual reading, unplug it from your garage and let it stand for 10 or 15 minutes before you read it. It should read around 12.8. 13.5 is what it reads when charging.

Thanks Sharon, forgot to mention that after a couple of hours sitting unplugged. It's sitting at 12.7.

Sure glad I just read this other post... had one of the "Brain F@rts".

When using my other batteries I had connected a wire from my 7 pin on my teardrop to the batteries to charge them while driving, this way it will also keep my Alpicool fridge running.

Now that I replaced them with the AGM battery, will my truck battery still charge the AGM while traveling? Or is this a No-No?

I have bought a 300Wh Jackery power station, which will be the central power source for my trailer. I have used it on my little sailboat and it seems like the perfect solution. It can be recharged from a solar panel, from your car's 12V lighter, or from a 110 source. It has 2 USB ports, a USB-C port, a 12V socket and two 110 sockets so you can use it to recharge your device or power things that can plug into it.

On my boat, I use it in place of a battery, and ran a wire from the fuse box to a 12V plug that i just plug into the Jackery. It powers my LED cabin lights, navigation lights and depth sounder and recharges my devices - when I come back from a 3 days weekend, it is only down to 78%, and because it is lithium it can be drained pretty low. My trailer will not require much power and I figure a little solar panel will do just fine to keep it topped up when boon docking.
