Was Cool Tears Hacked?

I got an email request, supposedly from Cool Tears Magazine, to complete a survey to help manufacturers with tiny trailers of the future.
Okay, I thought and went to the survey. When they asked for either my phone number or email address, I gave them my email address because Cool Tears would already have that. Then they asked for my password: NOPE! Be careful out there, people!
