Yup, works for me. You can get an adaptor that will allow you to use your extension cord for situations when the campground only has 30 amp receptacles.

Yup, works for me. You can get an adaptor that will allow you to use your extension cord for situations when the campground only has 30 amp receptacles.
This happened to me at the Petaluma KOA. The pole only had 30A plugs and I just have a regular extension cord. Gage had adapter to lend me but since we were only there for the night I decided that I didn't need to hook up.
